Population Influencing Policies : Population influencing policies which influence demography processes according to a pre-set objectives. Population influencing policies will bring about reduction in fertility and mortality and will beneficially influence internal migration, family planning programmers and other policies to reduce fertility, public health and nutrition programmers, that lower migration etc are the example of population influencing policies. Family planning tries to directly change population size by reducing the number of births.


Population Responsive Policies: Policies and programmers designed for meeting the requirements of changing population are categorized as population responsive policies. The population responsive policies. Policies concerning employment, food supply, building of cities and centres to meet the need of growing towns, building new schools and growth  the need of growing population in the rural and urban areas etc is an example of population responsive policies.

Persons unemployed are those who are without a job and looking for work .  unemployment is a curse of society or country because social, political and psychological deformities are created due to growing  unemployment  problem .
There is positive relationship between proportion of unemployment problem and the raid population growth .Rapid population growth increases  the number of people in working age group ,thus widening the gap between the supply and demand . Problem of unemployment and under employment increase along with rapid population growth because country’s economy find it difficult to provide jobs for these new entrants according to the available limited means and resource.
